Students gather in Shahbagh for Anti-Discrimination Movement’s ‘Week of Resistance’

Students began gathering at Shahbagh at 10 a.m. as part of the previously announced “Week of Resistance” organised by the Students’ Anti-Discrimination Movement.

At 11:00 AM today, students could be seen gathering near the Shahbagh police station.

At that time, a protest rally was organized at the University of Dhaka under the leadership of one of the coordinators of the movement, Sarjis Alam. It was organized in front of the National Museum in Shahbagh.

However, traffic at Shahbagh junction was moving normally till the time of writing the report around 11 am.
