Firefighters rescue dog from Fresno canal

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Fire Department Water Rescue Team rescued a dog that fell into a canal on Friday.

Jake the dog fell into a stream in Fresno.

Fresno firefighters immediately sprang into action. One firefighter even entered the cold water to save Jake.

Firefighters say the rescue was successful and Jake has been reunited with his owner.
